Assessment Industry 5.0 is an online questionnaire designed to help companies evaluate their level of digitization in line with the principles of Industry 5.0. Developed using React JS and JavaScript, the system offers a user-friendly interface that guides companies through a series of targeted questions. Once the questionnaire is completed, the system automatically generates a detailed report in PDF format, which is sent via email to the user. This report provides an in-depth analysis of the company's current digitization status, identifying strengths and areas for improvement. Assessment Industry 5.0 is an essential tool for companies looking to better understand their position in the context of digital transformation and receive practical recommendations for progressing towards Industry 5.0 goals.
